What is your cancellation policy?
$60 Deposit is non refundable unless inclement weather forces us to cancel.
Where can we get picked up from?
Anywhere in Austin. At your personal address or a central location designated at time of confirming your transportation.
What is not allowed? Styrofoam and glass are not allowed on tubing trips.
What type of vehicle will I be in?
A 16-passenger bus with room for coolers and dancing. Drinking is allowed in all our vehicles.
What are common times and how long does the float last?
From start to finish (pickup to drop-off back in Austin) plan on 5.5 hours.
What if I want to drive to the tubing myself, or if I miss the bus with my friends/family?
There are several local tube rental companies in the area just make sure to communicate with your party to meet them.
Is the float family friendly?
Yes, although Saturdays tend to be rowdier. We suggest going on Sundays if you prefer a more relaxing tubing experience.

When do we need to have the deposit paid by? Is that done when booking? When does the remaining balance needs to be paid by?
To reserve a specific date, we require a deposit at time of reservation. If cancelled 72 before reservation you are fully refunded. If cancelled within the 72 hour you are refunded everything but the $60 deposit. We will send you an invoice for the full amount within 7 days of your reservation, which is due the day before. You can also pay by Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
Will our vehicle pick us up from wherever we are staying during our trip?
Yes, we will pick you up and drop you off from a location you select. As long as it’s within the Austin City Limits there’s no additional charges.
Does the cost of the trip include tubes for everyone? Does it include a floating cooler?
Yes, tubes for everybody to float in are included as well as a cooler setup which includes the cooler tube, the cooler itself, and Ice. All you have to do is bring your beverages.
What all will we need to bring to make this successful?
Waterproof bag if you don’t have a waterproof phone. It can be little rocky getting in and out of the river, we suggest flip flops or water shoes but not required.
What if I am not sure how many people are going?
Do not worry we charge by the hour for renting transportation and we can be flexible on the tube rentals the day of the event.
Are my items secure if I leave them on the bus while I ride the River?
You can leave your personal items on the bus and it will be securely locked and ready for you when you return from your adventures.
