River City Transportation provides custom and specialized transportation services for your group events, whether they be day trips to tube the San Marcos river, custom winery and day trips into the Central Texas Hill Country, or simple, convenient shuttle services to special events including COTA (Circuit of the Americas) or concert venues. We can accommodate Bachelor or Bachelorette parties, Wedding parties, or corporate and church outings. Alcohol is permitted on our vehicles, and we have safety-proven, hand-selected drivers with experience and knowledge in getting you to your destination on time.

Gentlemen, we have you covered too! Whether you want to go on a male retreat, hunting and fishing, or to party the night away, call on us to provide you safe, reliable group transportation. The party doesn’t have to stop just because you want to head to a different location!
Special Events / Concert Venues:
Consider us for your group transportation and shuttle services for any special event like football games, COTA, or concert venues. Avoid the crowds. We handle the driving and can drop you off at the front of the line!

We Pick You Up Anywhere
We arrange a pick-up and drop off location as part of the package.
Flexible Cancellation
Cancellations at least three days prior to the reservation are free of charge. Cancellations within the three-day window incurs a $60 fee.
